2021 Spring Training Program
TCOYO's Spring Training Program invites athletes of all ages and skill levels to learn and practice a wide variety of field hockey fundamental skills and technical strategies. There will be a goalkeeper coach attending all sessions.
These sessions are open to current TCOYO Hockey club members as well as any new players who are interested in joining TCOYO Hockey. There are no try outs for this season. Players participating in practices consistently could be asked to play in local playdays / tournaments at the Regional Training Center throughout the Spring & Summer.
Due to COVID, we must follow the following Regional Training Center Procedures:
Players must wear a mask in and out of the facility
Players and coaches will have to wash their hands at the designated sanitizing stations before entering the turf and removing their mask
Players will not have to wear a mask during the skill session
The bathrooms will be open, limited amount if people are permitted in the bathroom at a time
Players are not to touch balls, cones, or any other equipment other than their own

Fridays: 3/26, 4/9, 4/16, 4/23, 4/30, 5/7, 5/14, 5/21, 5/28, 6/4, 6/11, 6/18
5:00 - 7:00: U10, U12, U14
7:00 - 9:00 pm: U16 & U19
No session April 2

We are excited to be teaming up with Bootcamp Fitness, LLC to provide an opportunity for our parents to train while your athlete’s practice! Bootcamp Fitness, LLC will provide one-hour Bootcamp Interval sessions, with each session choreographed differently. The variety consists of cardio intervals, light dumbbell weight training, resistance band work, and core strength. 100% modifications provided with safety and efficient workouts in mind. Our rates are $10 per session and items needed are a mat and water. If you have your own dumbbells, you can bring these. However, I also provide all weight sizes, 5lbs to 20lbs, all sterilized. We are listed on social media business pages of Facebook and Instagram, if you would like to see pictures and videos of our classes and events!
