About the event
The U16 and U19 program will consist of weekly two hour practice sessions for 10 weeks. These sessions will focus on outdoor skills: Hits, Lifts, Reverse, Sweeps, Building Hand Speed, Spins, First Touch, Deflections, and Corner Specialities: Inserting, Drag Flicks, Stick Stops.
Ages: 14 - 18
Practice Dates: August 10, 17, 24, 31, September 7, 14, 21, 28, October 5, 12
Practice Times: 8:00 - 10:00 am
Cost: $200 for entire season
$20 for practice
Location: Regional Training Center - Turf Field
