About The Event
The U10 & U12 program will consist of weekly 1.5 hour practice sessions for the 13 weeks. During these sessions, we will focus on outdoor skills and tactics in a fun learning environment. All sessions are located at the Regional Training Center Turf Field. Â This academy is great for those brand new to the sport of field hockey as well as experienced players.

Some skills we will focus on:
- Pulls, Drags, and Spins
- Building Hand Speed
- Push Pass
- Forehand and Reverse Hits
- First Touch Receptions
Ages: 6Â - 14
Session Dates: Friday's March 20 - June 13
Session Times:Â 6:00 - 7:30 pm
Cost: $250 for entire season or $25 per session
Location: Regional Training Center - Turf Field
