About the event
The U10 & U12 program will consist of weekly 1.5 hour practice sessions for the 13 weeks. During these sessions, we will focus on outdoor skills and tactics in a fun learning environment. All sessions are located at the Regional Training Center Turf Field. This academy is great for those brand new to the sport of field hockey as well as experienced players.
Some skills we will focus on:
- Pulls, Drags, and Spins
- Building Hand Speed
- Push Pass
- Forehand and Reverse Hits
- First Touch Receptions
Ages: 6 - 14
Session Dates: Friday's March 20 - June 13
Session Times: 6:00 - 7:30 pm
Cost: $250 for entire season or $25 per session
Location: Regional Training Center - Turf Field
