About the event
The U10, U12, & U14 Fall Academy will have weekly 3-hour practice sessions for the first 5 weeks and 7v7 tournament game play for the last 5 weeks. We will have goalkeeper instruction at each session.
The 3-hour practices will focus on 120 minutes of skill development to improve elimination skills, passing, receiving, hitting, and defense followed by 60 minutes of structured game play. For the the last 5 weeks, players will be divided into teams and participate in 7v7 tournaments.
All sessions are located at the Regional Training Center Turf Field. This academy is great for those brand new to the sport of field hockey as well as experienced players.
Ages: 6 - 14
Practice Dates: August 10, 17, 24, 31, September 7
Practice Times: 8:00 - 11:00 am ( September 7 will be 8:00 - 10:00 am)
Tournament Dates: September 14, 21, 28, October 5, 12
Tournament Times: 8:00am - noon (times will vary)
Cost: $300 for entire season or
$25 per practice and $35 per tournament
